5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You will be required to provide payment details, and by doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. Delivery and Returns

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframes, but delays may occur. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated delivery date. Our return policy is outlined separately on our website and forms part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComfyBlok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this website or its products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComfyBlok, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ComfyBlok operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

You may submit a return for any furniture bought in stock within will the first 30 days of delivery.

Any custom furniture is NOT permitted to be returned unless it has been delivered with some kind of damage.

A return label will be provided but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. ComfyBlok must be notified of these damages before replacement is in process within 30 days from the date of delivery.

In this case the following options are available:
-Partial or full refund (depends on defect)
-Replacing certain parts if available
-Full replacement on item

Warranty does NOT apply to the item purchased which has been mistreated, assembled wrong, or at the fault of the customer in any way.

ComfyBlok offers a 1-year warranty on the material the furniture is made with. This doesn’t count when material is caused from destruction by the customer (from a knife for example).  A 5-year warranty is offered for the frame of the couch. No framework is permitted to be touched inside the couch; by doing this it destroys its original structure.

If something is out of its original build, warranty will not cover this.

Products bought in stock will be shipped day of purchase. Shipping in the state of Florida is FREE of charge.

Rotating the cushions of the sofas/couches creates an immense longevity. This evens out the pillows to be equivalent to one another.  

Throwing sofa covers in the wash is not permitted.

COATED WITH A LIQUID BARRIER

Our materials are coated in a liquid barrier (impregnation) protecting the furniture from many substances. Most of our fabrics are water resistant, stain protected, or both. The material used to make it is not suitable for machine washing and is likely to get damaged if exposed to water and the agitation of the washing machine. It is important to follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer, which usually includes recommendations for cleaning and maintenance to ensure that the item lasts as long as possible.

That said, the cleaning process is practically effortless if an
accident occurs.

 The velvet material is more delicate than others, therefore when an accident occurs carefully blot the area with a water solution. Do not smear, for this may make the area worse.

 Vacuuming your sofa regularly is important for several reasons:

 1. Remove dirt and debris: Dust, dirt, pet hair and other debris can accumulate on your sofa over time. Regular vacuuming removes these particles and helps keep your sofa clean.
